Three days before my family court trial, I filed a complaint regarding a member of the judge's courtroom staff because I believed my concerns were not being properly addressed. During the trial, I perceived a significant change in how I was treated. I believe Judge Adriana Rincon White abandoned her role as a neutral judicial officer by assisting the opposing party during his testimony, interrupting him to develop his claims, directing him to call my personal cell phone and my child's device, putting on gloves, instructing the bailiff to take my phone, and telling me not to touch it. I believed there was no warrant or court order authorizing those actions. I was repeatedly interrupted, limited in my ability to present evidence and cross-examine, and I felt humiliated and disrespected throughout the proceedings. I also believe important evidence I presented, including evidence relating to the opposing party's financial issues, was not given appropriate consideration, while the written order included negative statements about me that I believe were unsupported by the evidence presented at trial. In my view, the order mischaracterized my conduct and omitted important findings that I believed were supported by the evidence. After the trial, I sought Judge White's disqualification and filed judicial complaints. My request for disqualification was heard by Chief Judge Jerry A. Wiese II, who concluded that my description of the phone incident was an exaggeration. I respectfully disagree with that conclusion and questioned whether the courtroom recording had been meaningfully reviewed before the decision was issued. My judicial complaint was also dismissed, which left me concerned that my allegations had not received an independent review. Judge White remained assigned to my case, and I currently have a pending appeal because I believe I was denied due process and did not receive a fair and impartial hearing.

All of my constitutional rights have been violated and apparently she is a hearing master and she is very experienced with coercive and abusive behavior but all of my motions were suddenly vacated and now I'm a vexatious litigant and I'm the plaintiff mother and pro se. This eighth district Nevada family court is a disaster made for money grabbing honorable justices. I haven't seen my minor daughter for over 200 days and the judge has no idea and all decisions have been made in chambers or scheduled for future 3 am hearings. Sad state of affairs for mothers and children. Expose these criminals who are protecting the abusers.

I got a DV TPO for physical emotional financial abuse seeking anger management and therapy after 7 years of abuse on a day that a kindergartner was expelled from my daughters school for physically abusing her after already being removed from class and other actions. I proved proof of physical abuse form the night before in video and with markings this happened infront of children police said he would be arrested in by morning he never was Feb 2025 Match 6 25 I get a DV restraining order with full custody and the home as protected the police won’t serve him it’s been 2 weeks social worker says go to California where your family is they can’t stay with him I bring a friend back to begs for serve him he won’t accept service and stats abusing her I called 911 to have him served dv tpo revised/renewed 3 times last only on financial abuse but i DV he put a tracker on my car policies found it was him after 3 months of investigations he broke in the house and took his gun he did he paid to end the lease of the protected property cancelled insurance phone bill everything he allowed me $0 and withheld company box truck in my name and all fund from Business solely in my name u created after a 4 day notice on protected property to vacate I went to California because I had no insurance no money no home had cut it if children he say on our 35k and lived at his moms I got a restraing order in ca may 28 same day they served me with preliminary injunction they said I was kidnapping called police I took the kids back within a week in June and never got them back agian orders to pay for visitation ordered drug testing and witheld kids from tampered drug results removing my prescription of adderal form the document showing jt was sufficient, same day got true results ex party hearing pushed out and then vacated I was granted nothing but last name he got business all money kids legal and physical he sanctioned me I couldn’t pay for attorney he spent 60 grand in 10 months of my money lawyer calls Me drug addict if Xanax and cocaine and adderal only adderal was found in my hair much lower than prescription.
