WHAT FAMILIES SAY

This Judge took everything the corrupt AFC said and turned it into a 3 year long custody trial with 6 months or more between court dates and ignore crucial evidence and wrote a lengthy decision that misrepresented the facts and the evidence in egregious ways. She essentially made up the facts.
For years, Judge Deanne Tripi presided over my family court cases while failing to disclose serious conflicts of interest. She and members of her family maintained personal and social relationships with my ex and his family through multiple Italian organizations, events, and private gatherings. I have documented over 350 photographs showing their overlapping involvement at parties, banquets, community functions, and social events — all during the time my case was before her court. A judge is required to avoid not only actual bias, but even the appearance of impropriety. What happened in my case raises profound concerns about fairness, transparency, and the integrity of the judicial process. My cases are in Erie County, Buffalo New York.
Ignored my domestic violence evidence and his arrests. Forced me to allow my abuser to continue controlling my time by allowing him to have visits when ever he wants. I'm in contempt if I deny him.
Judge ignored evidence of domestic abuse and DV arrests of my child's father.

These are allegations reported directly by families through the survey. They are published because 3 unrelated households independently described this court actor — the public-record threshold.
