Vacated my Temporary Order of Protection without a hearing, brought me into contempt proceedings days later, and issued rulings that I believe transferred custody and control to my abuser.
He did not issue a ruling in the divorce trial until nine months after the conclusion of the trial and submission of the case. He also disclosed that he knew the defendant's mother. Although he stated that he would impose penalty fees against my ex for financial abuse and failure to pay daycare expenses, he never did so. Additionally, he did not award either parent final legal decision-making authority, despite the Attorney for the Children stating in her closing argument that the mother should have final decision-making authority because the father was unlikely to follow the recommendations of medical professionals. Throughout the proceedings, he observed my ex hire and fire four attorneys before ultimately representing himself at trial.
