Illegally denied motions and ignored evidence, unprofessional and closed case on docket without case truly being closed to look as if it was handled in a timely fashion. Unprofessional!

Denied the expiration date of an agreed consent cpo of 90 days and extended another 90 days with no hearing, evidence, allegations, cpo violations.

Denied responding to motions filed by both parties before trial that legally needed response to, when told this was not legally correct she continued to not respond and move forward. Blamed the parent for not seeing their children while custodial wouldn't allow it for 18 months.

Took custody and rights from a mother without a reason. Ignored facts of divorce case. Privileged the father with full custody even though he was our abuser.

Confirmed magistrates order that took custody from mom and gave custody to dad. Taking parental rights from mom unlawfully and without reason. Making mom drive too and from each exchange which is a 45 min drive each way and forcing mom to sell her home without consideration of all options. Disregarded other siblings in the home. Forced child out of the community in which she was raised to live with her dad in a separate county.

Denied evidence and didn’t give enough time am I Lawyer didn’t speak up for more evidence that I had in court.
