Refused to investigate the handling of my case when i asked several times. Violated my due process rights
False allegations were sent to Hancock County from Williams County under the guise of "third-party, neutral investigation". It was far from neutral, based on evidence discovered. Hancock County JFS then released confidential information through the US Postal service in a clear view window envelope. No accountability to this day.
Would NOT file my grievance said he’d see me in court.
He ignored my filed letter complaint as soon as the case opened. He ignored my attorney and her communication. He ignored my moms complaint he recieved certified. He did not return phone calls either. His only response was the letter was received. He has backed Kelli Miller and her abuse of power.
