WHAT FAMILIES SAY
This system allows legal kidnapping, because there are no checks and balances for Juvenile Court Judges. Judge Kristen Johnson has caused tremendous trauma to not only me and my son but our entire family. Director Randall Galbraith and Supervisor Karmen Lauth intentionally delayed the process of developing a caseplan for me to obtain custody. Then lied under oath about my contact with the agency
False allegations were sent to Hancock County from Williams County under the guise of "third-party, neutral investigation". It was far from neutral, based on evidence discovered. Hancock County JFS then released confidential information through the US Postal service in a clear view window envelope. No accountability to this day.
The system has DESTROYED my whole family we had a living family full of MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS and a retired Police Chief- none of us are able to get kinship!!! Children have been traumatized by the state and NEVER WERE. THEY WERE HAPPY, HEALTHY, & THRIVING.
This systemic issue in Hancock county unjustly kept the children from all relatives to break bonds. They ignored phone calls and requests. They ignore ombudsman recommendations. They denied kinship with no written denials. We have missed every milestone and holidays over the past almost 2 years. It has caused many family issues. During this time Kelli tried to stop us from being licensed fosters…
