WHAT FAMILIES SAY
Amanda Hall specifically told me that when the time came, she would write a letter to the judge documenting everything that had transpired, including my ex-husband’s pattern of coercive control, intimidation, manipulation, and the concerns and circumstances that had been disclosed and discussed throughout reunification therapy. However, when I retained a new attorney, Amanda abruptly changed her position. She explicitly stated that she would not work with my new attorney and would no longer provide any assistance, despite her firsthand knowledge of the circumstances, the harm being done to my child, and the false narratives being perpetuated throughout the custody proceedings. Amanda had also directly informed me that our reunification counseling sessions had been discontinued because my ex-husband was no longer willing to schedule them. Yet, when the time came for her to corroborate that information, she remained silent. That silence became particularly consequential when opposing counsel stood before the court and falsely represented that I was the one who had canceled reunification therapy. The very professional who possessed firsthand knowledge that this allegation was untrue declined to correct the record. At the time, Judge Pace was presiding over our case. Throughout those proceedings, I was repeatedly denied what I believe should have been my fundamental right to due process. Evidence and documentation I attempted to submit were not meaningfully considered, while decisions were made based on representations from my ex-husband and his attorney, Kensey Wright, that I maintain were knowingly false. This was not simply a matter of conflicting testimony or differing interpretations of events. I witnessed what I believe was a repeated pattern of deliberate misrepresentations, manipulation of the judicial process, and false statements made under oath. My ex-husband repeatedly presented accounts that I contend were demonstrably untrue, and his attorney, Kensey Wright, perpetuated those representations before the court. What makes this particularly disturbing is that there was a licensed professional with direct knowledge of relevant facts who had previously assured me she would help ensure the court understood what had actually occurred. When that accountability was needed most, she withdrew her support and remained silent. The consequences extended far beyond the courtroom. These proceedings directly affected my relationship with my child, the reunification process, and my ability to protect my child from the ongoing emotional harm I believed was occurring. Rather than ensuring that the truth was fully examined, the process allowed disputed and, in my view, demonstrably false allegations to influence decisions with lasting consequences for my family.

She told me and my daughter that she would be sent to live with her father if she didn't forgive him for abusing her.
She admitted to my attorney & supervised visitation specialist that she had evidence of my child being held from me and was concerned about false allegations & refused to report them to judge.
