This Judge threatened and acted inappropriately multiple times in open court. She contacted the child CAC and instructed them not to do any forensic interviews for the child. Then she took the child into custody on a false affidavit.

Judge Mueller called the Mary Abbott House and told them NOT to do a forensic interview of the child for sexual abuse because she didn't like me as a father.

My child was given to his abuser, I was punished for following the law by reporting it and trying to protect him, and now I am alienated from my child by my former abuser and my sons current abuser (his father). This has ruined my son’s life and turned my family’s world completely upside down. The injustice is hard to bear.

They stole my son and traumatized me for life. The system is corrupt. There is nothing in this world that could take back the things me and my son have gone through.

It's made it harder to see my boys and to pay my bills and harder for me to work on my work schedule I'm having to miss sleep because I work overnights and I have to go to court every two months and I have to do a mental health evaluation that I don't have time for because when I'm not working I'm asleep due to me working overnight

Did not include my children on PO, advised their father was allowed to contact me about them even though there was a no contact order. Miscommunication began here.
