Supervising psychologist at NW Family Psychology and Jessica McBride's supervisor. Admitted to Mother over the phone that psychological evaluation reports are used as a mechanism to get evidence into court that could not otherwise be admitted through normal evidentiary procedures. Stated in writing that "the court is the client," not the person being evaluated, confirming the evaluation was conducted to serve the court's interests rather than as an independent clinical assessment. Looped Rachel Finn into email communications and referred to her as "counsel for a party," despite Finn being the child's attorney, not counsel for either parent. Refused to communicate directly with Mother about concerns with the evaluation, requiring all communication go through counsel, effectively cutting off the evaluated party's ability to challenge the methodology. Initially offered Mother a phone call but then reversed course and refused to take one without counsel present.

Dr Poppleton was hired to be an expert on my case, unfortunately my attorney guided me to meet with him prior to the hearing. That made him not able to be my expert. And his findings were that it was in fact an abusive relationship and he tried to convey that to the other court actors including the child’s attorney Sandy Faber. And it was all used against me during our hearing.

Basically paid off by mother to grant full custody
