Supposedly certified in domestic abuse and coercion but let my ex try to file for a restraining order against me for who knows what apparently they just told him to shut up they didn’t want to hear it but he shoulda been charged it cost me money and stress and was probably because he knew charlotte would say something eventually about him choking her

Constantly denied contempt charges Blamed the victim Broke due process laws

Always finds against me no matter what. Only believes my ex husband. Refuses to find my ex in contempt despite him being obviously in contempt on many occasions.

What hasn’t he done: He has believed false narratives with no evidence. He has denied me access to my child and denied any review of my case. He ignores contempt filings and allows my husband to continue to violate all orders with no consequences. He is doing things that are illegal and saying things that I won’t get my one son back until my older son sees his father. He ordered my older son go to his dads and my son ran away. There is video of 3 grown man man-handling my child so he is now having others make false claims against me bc if the video gets out he is screwed. He has violated my due process civil and constitutional rights and those of my children He only allows back room conferences with attorneys and wont put things on the record He removed my youngest from me with no evidence He doesn’t use actual law in his court room - I could go on and on
