Ignored evidence to keep case going and fees accruing. Did not make calls she was supposed to make. Ignored psych evaluation results and ignored concerns about the mental stability of the plaintiff. Plaintiff actually went on to be diagnosed as schizophrenic and child was with that person for 5 months.
