Judge Seigler gave my ex husband primary custody of young children from exes first and second wife. Both wives were the primary parent during the marriage. Once dad was finished with each marriage he was all of a sudden interested in parenting by filing “Emergency Motions” and stating the mother’s were “unfit.”

Judged on hearsay

Gave my ex husband primary custody of our two daughters who were 3 and 7 when I had always been their primary caregiver. He also gave my ex husband primary custody of his two older daughters when their mother had always been the primary caregiver. I raised his older daughters because my ex husband alienated his older daughters from their mother. Judge Seigler is not trained in Domestic Violence or Coercive Control.
