WHAT FAMILIES SAY
Horrible! Negligent, Condescending, Coercive, Cannot Communicate to save her life, Destroyed my family and my financials
I have serious concerns about the conduct of attorney Kristina Jarvis in my custody case. From my experience, she has taken an adversarial and aggressive approach that has contributed to increased hostility between the parties rather than supporting a resolution that prioritizes the best interest of my child. I believe her actions and legal strategy have supported and encouraged the restriction of communication between my son and me, resulting in continued and prolonged separation. As the mother, I have made continuous efforts to maintain a relationship with my child. However, the positions taken by opposing counsel have contributed to the ongoing breakdown of communication and co-parenting stability. This approach has resulted in extended conflict, increased legal pressure, and further separation between me and my child, rather than steps toward reunification or a timely resolution. My concern is that the focus of the case has shifted away from the child’s best interest and toward an ongoing adversarial process that continues to deepen the separation. I am seeking a resolution that prioritizes my relationship with my child and reduces unnecessary hostility in this case moving forward.
