Was extremely biased and blatantly lied
She was extremely biased in her evaluation. Ignored and didnt even include the fathers criminal and drug history. Falsified sexual abuse. Lied about CPS reports. Said i "broke his (the fathers) heart" during a child custody interview and ignored an incident in front of her office where the father drove his truck at me in the parking lot and proceeded to block me in from leaving my parking spot. Lied about my work history and did not interview and include proper documentation from doctors, school, etc. also ignored child abandonment for his other child (who i care for 100%) with no support. EXTREME BIAS.
Called to tell me my ex hired her and began making threats before we met to have me jailed for six months if I couldn’t pay her. I was filed indigent with the court. Harassed me and threatened the boys with jail and her sending them to foster homes. Also a friend of the judge and altered evidence and was caught
Admitted to coaching child to ignore her father. Admitted ex was alienating children. Made up "sexual abuse" claims after CPS had already cleared me 13 times.
