The Family Court System is corrupt. Judges make rulings based on their own personal opinions instead of following the law. They are taking children from fit parents.
I am the only legal parent in this case. It includes an alleged father, and an unrebutted presumed father, by marriage. The judge stripped me of all rights, with no allegations of abuse, neglect, or harm, without notice that this would happen, and gave them to an alleged father that failed the court ordered drug screen, and was kicked out of the military for meth addiction.
The Denton County 393 Court purposely and willfully put my child in repeated danger with a repeat offender of Domestic Violence. The judge has a pattern of punishing the protective parent and rewarding the neglectful abuser.
