Acting out not on behalf of best interest of the child.

The rights to my children were taken away while I was in rehab during a court session in which I was not present. I have been fighting for my day in court since 2023 to speak/see my children.

This has cost me money, my health, my children.

Is so far the court is attempting to force services and other requirements on me despite any request for service or citation of the original petition which quantifies to a lack of jurisdiction and violation of due process. Despite this they are attempting to move forward with the case.
