Ignored evidence from criminal indictments, multiple CPS reports, court ordered psych evals; denied right to jury, gone back and reversed previous rulings to favor one side, signed orders without a proper notice or hearing, disregarded unconstitutional international travel, educational alienation; just to name a few!
Would not allow any evidence of abuse to be admitted although there was active criminal charges and an indictment, then said the mother made false accusations. Did everything in his power to go against abuse claims. He has a whole team of appointed GAL/Ad litems that do his dirty work.
Facts were ignored. Guardian ad litem testimony was not heard after months of investigation.
Acting out not on behalf of best interest of the child.
The rights to my children were taken away while I was in rehab during a court session in which I was not present. I have been fighting for my day in court since 2023 to speak/see my children.
