Our daughter was forced while having a criminal lifetime order of protection against her ex-husband for sexually assaulting and beating her on video to go to this woman after she had already paid for kindest minds to do a psychological evaluation on her. She was forced to do this, there’s been no final given to this. She is collected no collateral evidence against her husband from my daughter, but told her now I’m collecting collateral damage against you, and there are laws in the state of Texas for qualifications you must have in order to perform a psychological evaluation when you’re accused of a mental decline, and our daughter had been under and is under the care of a psychiatrist and has seen a trauma therapist and turned over letters from him and documenting her visits and the judge is ignored this but taken as evidence testimony from the father who raped and beat her and from police officers, who showed up at her house after her house was force broken into, and after she stating you know, I believe that you know he is stalking me and you know has testimony affidavits from her ex-boyfriend where they are proving that they were followed even into Oklahoma so out of state so if it’s not a and she was followed if she’s followed out of state, they have to be if it’s a private investigator they have to be licensed in that state, but when you are under the order of a protective order, including a criminal lifetime order protection, you can’t be followed by a private investigator for your attacker. It’s illegal, even if your licensed private investigator you cannot be Followed. But they ignore it Victoria Harvey has yet to produce to my knowledge any end documentation to my daughter and my daughter has seen her children for 18 hours since March 20 and 21st. 2025, but our daughter does have evidence of what this lady is doing. She has made the psychologist aware of her protective order, and that she does not want to go through this evaluation that she has sees a psychiatrist that she is not a danger to herself or anyone else, and that she had a psychological evaluation done for the court by a nationally certified company kindest minds and all of this is just ignored and this lady said what County sorry not this lady but Victoria Harvey said what county is your case in and when our daughter says Ellis County that’s when she just doesn’t care she knows oh Judge Wallace is gonna back me. She takes a side in custody evaluations. Ignore evidence relies on the psychologists illegible notes that have the wrong dates and names in quotes! She quit doing custody evals and now she is the court appointed psychologist that determines mental health. I know a several moms that are victims of her.
