WHAT FAMILIES SAY

Judge Richman has been dismissive of my documented evidence as well as the consistent pattern of documented deception, coercive control, and abuse by my ex. She consistently kicks the can down the road to another court appointed bad actor such as a GAL, or in my most recent experience, to my long cause judge without making a proper assessment of my valid documented evidence.
Reported concerns regarding the children were minimized or dismissed, while unsupported allegations against the other parent were accepted without supporting evidence; the court also declined to attribute responsibility for the reported concerns to the father.
She gave my rights to my abuser and closed case
Denied my DVRO request after father falsely accused me of child abuse multiple times and was allowing father to violate orders. This led to me losing custody and having to eventually go on visitations even though there was no safety concerns by any social worker, SVU detective or parenting plan evaluator. This judge doesn’t review anything and simply relies on hear say from a minors counsel that doesn’t even do an investigation and lies under oath.
Didn’t read any of the Declarations with solid proof and statements that corroborated with my innocence was removed from my child and placed on monitored visits.
