The stress I deal with daily. I am a present, active father and spend outside of the court order child support. Which is $578 a week. Financial it crippling me. High credit card debt, etc. I cry most day because I lost my oldest kids and I feel like I could be losing my youngest soon. No one will look at the evidence of her false allegations. On 01/2024 when I first filed the contempt , She found my son’s father in contempt and said he had to return him for parenting time. She ordered me to start therapy becauee they were saying that I wanted to kill my children etc. then she said I’ll see you back in court in a month.
