April 2026-granted my ex parte custody order due to physical abuse from my coparent spouse on my daughter. April 2026-judge dismissed the ex parte due to father evading service even though he showed up to the hearing and his attorney was served the ex parte. -May 2026 her father called me on the recorded parenting app while he was physically assaulting his wife while our daughter was present in his home. His wife was then granted a domestic abuse protection order against him. I filed another ex parte emergency custody order due to the domestic assault on his wife, his drug use, and because of the abuse on my daughter from his wife back in April. The judge denied it right away and even pushed back our court date for another month. -June 2026 the judge requested to speak “off the record” to attorneys only in his chambers the judge then denied all of my temporary orders stating 50/50 was still sufficient and only ordered him to do a drug test but gave the father 5 days to do the test knowing that he knows how to quickly get clean to pass a test. -July 2026 he passed the urine test but failed the hair follicle test that was 8x over the testable limit. The judge denied again my temporary orders for custody and said 50/50 is sufficient and all he will do right now is make the father do every other Wednesday urine tests…. -August 2026 mediation was an impasse and the judge said we’ll have them continue to try and work things out together and we can try to set a trial for January….

Denied motions, wouldn’t set hearings or hear motions filed by plaintiff. Gag orders. Punishment of not being able to see daughters games. It appears the judge and the attorneys all know each other and have a well played out system that destroys families.
